Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused beauty items in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return for intact seals, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
